Most of our patient service centers are open 8-5 Monday thru Friday to provide continuous service for routine specimen collection. Southern Diagnostic Laboratories is always staffed to accommodate your lunch hour. No appointments necessary.
[+]What should I bring when I come for my lab work?
Please bring a written order from your medical care provider requesting lab tests. Also, bring your current insurance cards along with your picture identification. Please ask your medical care provider if you should be fasting (no food or drink 8 hours prior to testing).
[+]Which types of insurance providers do you accept?
Southern Diagnostic Laboratories accepts all major insurance providers including Medicare.
[+]How will I receive my lab results?
Your results will be sent directly to your ordering physician upon completion of testing.
[+]Are my results confidential?
Yes, Southern Diagnostic Laboratories follows the highest level of confidentiality guidelines with regard to patient information and test results.

Please contact the client services department for specimen stability. We will make every effort to accommodate add ons without jeopardizing test quality.
